Is it possible to sort items in the project pane?  They just show up in
the order that they were added.  This turns in to a real jumble and makes
finding a specific file harder than necessary to find.

I could very well be blind to the obvious, but right clicking on the top
level project folder doesnt' present an option to sort nor does any option
on the view or project menus.  If given the option, I'd like folders
sorted first alpha and then following, files sorted.
i.e.

folderA
  folderAB
    fileB
  fileE
folderB
  fileA
  fileC
  fileD
