If you have those proc's defined in a Tcl script and open that file in
Komodo, Komodo will automatically scan that file and put its information
in its database. Alternatively you can get Komodo to scan Python, Perl,
PHP, and Tcl files in your own source directories from the "Code
Intelligence" preferences panel. (Or at least you will be able to in
Komodo 3.0 final. I am not sure if this last part made it for beta 4).
