One thing I would like to add is that, unless I'm missing something, 
there is no single command to commit all changes in a project. I 
expected this to be available under "Source Control on Contents", but it 
was greyed out. Maybe a refresh would have helped, but I wondered if it 
was because some of the files in the project were unmodified.

Also, I find the overlay icons that indicate source control status to be 
*very* unintuitive. The "add" icon (a plus sign) is about the only one 
that makes sense to me. I'd recommend looking at the icons used by 
TortoiseSVN (tortoisesvn.tigris.org) as a possible improvement over the 
current ones. Using different colors would definitely help, such as 
green for unmodified, red for modified, and blue for added.
