1) Installing the beta doesn't put "Edit with Komodo" in the context menu,
as K3 did

2) Even after I added an "edit" event to the .pl filetype, selecting "edit"
on the context menu for a .pl file in explorer doesn't bring Komodo to the
top of the z-order (in Win32) although it does load the file.  Compare this
with every other editor, where selecting "edit" (or the equivalent context
menu choice) not only loads the file in the proper editor but brings that
editor to the top of the z-order.
