Hi Eric,

We've found a way to correctly upgrade the usernames and passwords 
settings of the remote servers. This fix will be included in 4.3.0 final 
  (coming soon) and should work correctly for any users upgrading from 
4.[0-2] to 4.3.

Note: Anyone already using a 4.3 alpha or beta build will have already 
gone through the upgrade process (where it did not restore the accounts 
correctly), so if you wish to perform another upgrade to take advantage 
of this 4.3.0 final fix, you'll first need to remove your 4.3 profile 
area in order to have the upgrade process run again.
