I agree the "Sections menulist" is awesome.  My suggested improvement is:

When you select a function from the list, the editor scrolls down to
that function, but leaves it at the bottom only showing the 5 or so
lines below the function declaration.  Would it be possible to make
the editor scroll so that the function declaration is 5 lines from the
top of the editor?
