Yah, I'd been playing with a new Go To dialog a while back that did that 
kind of thing. This was before the "sections" functionality existed 
though and I didn't get too far. It should be pretty easy now.

About the Go To dialog being a modal dialog: Moving to using a textbox 
in the statusbar (like the new sections menulist) might work. Not sure 
exactly where it would go. I.e. should the "File Position" statusbar 
panel also have the same textbox UI on-click that the "Sections" panel 
does -- because clicking on the Sections panel to go to a *line* doesn't 
seem that intuitive/natural. Perhaps either textbox would work for both 
behaviours.
