I think we could improve the usability of the TOC. Can we add
a separate tab that sorts the top-level items by alphabetical order.
I'd also tweak the conceptual order of the top-level items, putting
"Find and Replace" after Editing, for example.
Can we map the current page back to the table of contents? It's
hard to know where you are when you dive in via search.
