I would love tutorials about unit testing and other new features. I
just saw them and thought "sweet! this sounds cool! But, how do I use
this?"

What about SproutCore? Being open source (MIT license I believe) and
with Apple doing a lot of publicity around it, and being Rails,
JavaScript and web sounds like a match in heaven for Komodo.
