It looks like komodo-bin tried to link against a 32-bit "libxpcom.so".

What is the output of the following commands:

  file /home/becker/Komodo-IDE-5/lib/mozilla/komodo-bin
  file /home/becker/Komodo-IDE-5/lib/mozilla/libxpcom.so
  /home/becker/Komodo-IDE-5/bin/komodo -v
