It doesn't always work with PHP files.
My guess: Komodo seems to keep an internal cache of "on which line
does <function> start?" and it uses that, so under heavy editing, the
sectionlist gets out of sync, in my experience.
Is there a way to force Komodo to reindex? Would be nice if it was
call on save.
