I'm seeing this as well, except Komodo Edit 5.1.4 on 10.6.  I didn't have
the Beta on that machine, so I downloaded it and confirmed it also affects
Komodo IDE 5.2.0-beta1.

And man, thanks for the tip.  I had figured out that if I hid (but not
minimized, only hiding worked) the app the cursor would work again.  Just
hitting command is much faster.  :)
