Hi Issac,

Here are the setup details of how to debug Zope applications with Komodo:

Once you hit a breakpoint in your code, you can step in, step out, step 
over, etc... to follow around the code paths, though this will delve 
into the zope internals, so you'll need to use carefully placed 
breakpoints in combination with these step commands to skip the internals.
