Hi Scott,

Hmmm... that sounds like the file monitoring service is not properly 
detecting the file change and causing the automatic scc update.

Would you mind starting a Komodo bug for this, so we can track down any 
problems with this:
http://bugs.activestate.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=komodo

Please include the details svn repo, like:
* svn version
* where the svn files are checked out to (local filesystem, network 
share, etc...)
* the repo checkout url (i.e. "svn+ssh://foo/bar")
* any errors occurring in the Komodo log files, see:
http://community.activestate.com/faq/komodo-file-locations#log_files
