Is this using the latest SOAP-Lite package?

There's also an Apache2-SOAP package on CPAN which
might be worth trying. This shouldn't be needed if
you're using the latest SOAP-Lite (0.69), which
should have mod_perl-2 support, but it might be worth
trying this, as if it works, perhaps comparing this
to SOAP-Lite might reveal the source of the problem.
Note that Apache2-SOAP and SOAP-Lite can coexist.
