ActiveState is delighted to announce the nominees for the second annual
Programmers' Choice Awards. The awards honor those who *actively*
contribute to open languages and display excellence in their programming
efforts. Thanks to the hundreds of people in the community who nominated
someone.
Please vote for your favorite open language programmer before the July
17 deadline. Voting is at

Perl, PHP, Python and XSLT winners will be announced at the O'Reilly
Open Source Conference July 23, 2002. Tcl winners will be announced at
the Tcl conference in September.
