Yes, we're still sorting out the details, but the plan is for  
projects to extend commit access to members of the community, as the  
WebKit project has already done.

Sorry we can't provide a specific timeline, but rest assured we'll be  
adding content to the site as soon as possible.

Yes, we plan to emphasize Subversion and Trac for projects hosted at  
Mac OS Forge.
