By "support" I was simply referring to constructive discussion here. In contrast, MacPorts h
as abandoned Darwin per se, in favor of OS X. Any mention of OpenDarwin there is considered 
off-topic. 
 
I'm still interested in running Darwin on an x86 PC, independent of OS X, using Free Open So
urce applications under X11. Until a totally FOSS solution becomes available, I'm willing to
 run any legitimate, working distribution. 
 
This being an OpenDarwin mailing list, I was mainly inquiring whether discussion will contin
ue here, or move elsewhere, when OpenDarwin.org finally shuts down.
