If you run PLC.EXE from the command prompt, it looks for PAI.EXE, which
doesn't exist anymore:

C:\Program Files\ActiveState Perl Dev Kit 6.0 Beta 1\bin> plc
Couldn't find C:\Program Files\ActiveState Perl Dev Kit 6.0 Beta
1\bin\pai.exe
