Environment: Windows XP SP2, 2.8GHz P4, 1GB RAM
Logged in as "limited user" (i.e. not administrator on local machine)

PerlApp:

(1) Need to change default build dir to one writeable by limited user.

(2) After saving project, exiting & right-clicking on the project file to
restart, the 
absolute paths on the "Main" tab are replaced by relative paths, which seem
to be
correct but nevertheless the executable cannot be created because the perl
source file
cannot be found.
