[PDK-Beta] Documentation: PerlNET documented even though not part of PDK
Actually, it does have a GUI like the other deployment tools. The
difference is that for historical reasons the commandline tool is called
"plc" and not "perlnet" (in analogy to csc for the C# compiler).
