I'm back to using 5.30, since I have no reason to upgrade
to 6.0, and the beta period is over.

So I uninstalled 6.0 beta, and now I get the previously
mentionned message when running perlapp.

Interestingly, on the command line, if I type "echo
%PERL5LIB%, I get this:

C:\Program Files\ActiveState Perl Dev Kit 6.0 Beta 1\lib
But I can't see it if I go in the System configuration
panel, and hit "environment variables".
