I have the 7.0 Beta 3 (which is really 6.9.92.275147-Beta-64) PDK
installed on an AMD 64 system. I do not seem to have pai.exe (normally
located in bin\lib) installed and therefore perlctrl, perlsvc, and
perltray refuse to run. What's going on?
