Certificate on PerlCtrl dll

RE: Windows installer woes | Re: Certificate on PerlCtrl dll
I have a PerlCtrl dll that works well (acting like an ActiveX in a web
application), until I install my Authenticode security certificate. Then I
get the Microsoft message in IE that says 'there's a problem, ...) and it
kicks me out.

I got the certificate from Thawte. Using Microsoft SDK tools it installs
successfully. Anyone know the trick to this?

Thanks,
Tom
