Perl app program won't run on Windows 2003 server.
ActiveState released a maintenance update for the PDK today. It contains
bug fixes and some heuristics improvements for the various deployment
tools (PerlApp and friends).
This is a free upgrade if you already have a PDK 7.x license or are a
current ActivePerl Pro Studio subscriber:
