PerlApp cross-platform target support not working with ActivePerl 826/1005

RE: PerlApp slow compared to running from source | difference in behavior between script and perlapp exe
Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up that the PerlApp --target option
does not work properly with ActivePerl build 5.8.9.826 or 5.10.0.1005:
PerlApp will not be able to locate and download a corresponding ActivePerl
binary for the selected target platform.

This will be addressed in a PDK maintenance release within a month or so.
In the meantime please continue to use builds 825/1004 if you are using
the --target feature.

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Cheers,
-Jan
