Hi,
Please test the new features of PEAR 1.5.0, I will release the final
alpha version on November 4. After this, we'll freeze the API.
Features that need testing:
automatic php.ini modification for extensions. Untested is zend
extension installation (packages must use package.xml 2.1 in order to
take advantage of this)
Other features have been tested in the wild but could use further toying
(new dialogs for post-install scripts, TAP output for run-tests, display
deprecated package info)
