Great. Since I so rarely use this code, I really had no idea if this
was a legitimate bug or user error on my part.

Good to see it fixed. I see Ilia just rolled 5.2 final, so I think we
just made it.
I didn't get a chance to test (because I only have XP at work), but
I'm sure if it's fixed on your end, it'll also be fixed here.
