Re: [PEAR-DEV] Re: Correlating CVS and release activities | [PEAR-DEV] [PEPr] Changes in proposal for Networking::Net_URL_Mapper
Greetings eveyone,

This is my first time emailing the PEAR list, and my first time contributing
to PEAR. With that said, I'll get to the point.

I'm creating a sub package of Log, Log_XML. I've gotten the go ahead from
the current Log maintainers for it and was told to post here in the IRC
room. From what I understand sub-packages are handled differently from
regular new packages (that go through PEPr), but I haven't been able to find
anyone that knows the specifics.

Is it indeed the case that sub-packages are handled differently, how should
I proceed? I have all of the requirements for a
proposal<http://pear.php.net/manual/en/newmaint.proposal.php> as well.

Thank you,

Vladimyr
