[PEAR] RE: unix2MDBstamp() and day light savings
Good thoughts, eh? Well how about just leaving timestamps be? 10:30 my
time is 10:30 my time regardless if I am wearing my Daylight Saving Time
party hat. What's the point of popping an hour off? I'm just loosing an
hour.
I'm no time expert, but if the point is to try and generalize MDBstamp into
a universal time, then UTC should be used.
How's that?
