But when I type some chinese words in the pm files, I can't save the pm file
at all. How can I gain chinese support for Tk800.024?

Unicode support starts from 804.024 and you can start from there, but
unfortunately it is not stable enough.

One of possible options is to connect to Unicode-aware tcl/tk using "Tcl"
and "Tcl::Tk" perl modules, but CPAN versions do not work properly. I did
some fixes to those modules and now trying to contact module author for him
to accept changes.
I am able share those newer modules if you're brave enough to go this way.
Example of working module with Chinese chars could be seen at my URL at
http://home.peterstar.ru/vkonovalov/

Let me know if you need some details or updated modules.

Vadim.
