You can have the users login to the web site and run the script, that way
it will be with there user context.  You can also use the logon as user
function from I believe win32::adminmisc and have the user type in there
PW on the form.  If your typing in the pw on the form you might want to do
ssl.

I haven't actually used Perl and IIS for quite some time now though so I
may be off a bit.
