True.... This is the problem that my IS department have faced for a few 
years. Originally before I joined the company, the IUSR account was given 
full domain admin priveleges, so that IS admin could perform such 
functions through the Intranet, and this is how its stayed for a long 
time.

Lately, I've been considering the article on how to create a SOAP::Lite 
server on perl.com, to produce a possible 'limited access' proxy for 
servicing such requests.
