All the usable examples will be in VBScript or VB code, but the translation
isn't all that difficult.  A search for "Outlook automation" ought to turn
something up.  You should also look for "CDO" or "Collaboration Data
Objects" which is the object model used to manipulate stuff in Exchange.
When you run into rough spots, groups.google.com and the archives for this
mailing list are a good resource for checking to see if questions have
already been answered somewhere before.  Failing that, ask here!
