Can anyone point me to references on how to use locales on Win32 systems other than perlloca
le which doesn't seem to be helping me much? I have been able to track down the NLS informa
tion in the registry and can see different locales in the Control Panel\Regional and Languag
e Options\Languages tab, but cannot seem to programmatically alter this information in Perl.
The CodePage information in the registry points to c_####.nls files that reside in system3
2. Are these what need to be named in the setlocale() call? Any help with this would be gr
eatly appreciated.
