Mine (build 626) says:
Must supply header file or module name

and then goes on to present the command line options and to list (and
explain) the various switches that are available.

Where did 'test.h' come from ? Did you supply that ?

One wonders, perhaps, that you may have unleashed a little *too* much Cygwin
:-)

How many instances of 'h2xs' exist on your computer ? And which one will be
found first ?
