Unable to locate cgi-bin folder!!! | Unable to locate cgi-bin folder!!!

Hello All,
   
  I am unable to locate the cgi-bin folder on my machine. My cgi-scripts are ready, but I am
 unable to test them.
   
  I believe it should either be in my Inetpub folder or my Perl-installation folder.
  But it is not there.
   
  I am having Win XP. Perl 5.8.8 and IIS installed on my machine.
  Do I require to install anything else??
   
  Pardon me for this amateurish question. Any leads/suggestions would be most welcome.
