Your software is pretty current -- what components are you hoping to
upgrade and what new features are you hoping to get access to? Unless
you're after some feature or are trying to close a security hole of some
kind, you're probably fine with what you have for now. 

That said, upgrading should be fairly painless. Any Perl modules you may
have installed should have gone under your /site/ directory, and assuming
that's the case then upgrading Perl should *knock on silicon* cause no
major difficulties. As for Apache & it's modules, you can probably set up
a new version in say .../apache_1.3.21/ or something, copy over your
config files (apache/conf/httpd.conf & any others you may have edited),
and test it out. Again, it should be a painless upgrade. Ditto for the
modules -- those you can probably just install them as if they were new.
