Hi,
   I've placed in our repository a Win32 ppm package of
XML-Parser-2.31, based upon expat-1.95.2. I had to build the
expat libs from the sources, as I couldn't get it to work with
the libs of the Win32 expat binary package at sourceforge (all
the XML-Parser tests subsequently passed). Consequently, in the
ppm package there's a win32_expat.dll that needs to be installed
as well; a post-install script should be run when doing
   ppm install    http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppmpackages/XML-Parser.ppd
that will do this. If this doesn't work, or ppm refuses to
overwrite some files, you can grab XML-Parser.tar.gz from
      http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppmpackages/x86/
and do things manually.
