Hello; I downloaded the latest libxml2 RPMs (the ones on RH7.3 were too old)
and tried to use CPAN to install XML::LibXML and I get errors during the
testing phase. Here is the summary:

1 test skipped.
Anyone know what I can do, or what I can tell you to help diagnose the
problem?
