Could you try the version in the
http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/ repository now?  You may
have to remove XML-LibXML-Common and XML-LibXML first, as
the versions haven't changed. I recompiled libxml2.dll
(version 2.5.11) and used the XML-LibXML sources, and this
seems to have fixed this problem.
