I have installed the Xerces C++ binaries (xerces-c_2_3_0-win32) and the
Xerces Perl binaries (XML-Xerces-2.3.0-4) from apache.org  for perl 5.8.2
build 808 located in C:\Perl5.8.2 on my  Windows XP Pro machine.

C:/perl5.8.2/bin and C:/xerces-c_2_3_0-win32/bin are set in my Path
environment. When I try to run a script that uses XML::Xerces I get the
following error

"Can't load 'C:/Perl5.8.2/site/lib/auto/XML/Xerces/Xerces.dll' for module
XML::Xerces: load_file:The specified module could not be found at
C:/Perl5.8.2/lib/DynaLoader.pm line 229.  at
C:/Perl5.8.2/site/lib/XML/Xerces.pm line 7"

What am I doing wrong?
Has anyone gotten Xerces Perl to work with Perl 5.8.2 on an XP machine?
