Bug in XML::Writer? | Henrik Hovgaard Laursen/dwa/Kglbib is out of the office.
& XSLT Hello,

I have been interested in perl-xml problems for a few days. I apologize
to everybody if my question is a trivial one. Anyway, I was not able to
find the answer in FAQ and archives.

There is an XML file with <?xml version='1.0' encoding='ISO-8859-2'?>
header. What is the easiest way to read it in as a perl hashref keeping
the original ISO-8859-2 encoding? It looks like XMLin function of cute
XML::Simple module converts it to UTF.

Thank you in advance,
Wojciech Pietron
