Thanks. I have another patch, it's against the current CVS now. It 
covers C12 and I14 from 
http://perl-xml.sourceforge.net/perl-sax/changes-2.1.html.
The patch also includes a new test file.

I'm not aware of more changes related to Perl SAX 2.1 at this moment. 
Please, let me know if I can help you in any way with a new release of 
XML::SAX.
