XML::LibXML::RelaxNG | SOAP::Lite
& XSLT Robin

I had a similar issue with XML::LibXML::Schema. However, I discovered that
the documentation for many of the XML::LibXML::* modules is available in
docbook format in the example directory (libxml.dkb). Running
xmllibxmldocs.pl against this file will generate the pods.
