There are 64-bit PPM repositories for ActivePerl 5.10 on Windows, Linux,
and Solaris on Sparc, but not for ActivePerl 5.8.

They don't contain XML::LibXML though, as this would require some additional
tweaking of the build system to make the libxml libraries available.

Send me a reminder near the end of the month and I'll see if I can find
some time to teach the PPM build machines how to do it.
