There's no golden reply.  If there's a specific package you want to
work on, for example to fix bugs or add features, contact the maintainer
of that package directly, or see if it has an associated Web page,
For example, XML::XPath has http://sergeant.org

I have 63 different packages starting with Perl-XML on my system.
