& XSLT I need to read and generate XML messages using xsd schemas.  The (very
urgent) requirement is to modify Perl CGI programs which currently send
these messages in an obsolete format.  The schemas to be used are at
http://xmlgw.companieshouse.gov.uk/cap09schemas.shtml

I have no XML experience and cannot discover which Perl modules to use
to do this.

Because of the urgency, I am also wondering if anyone can provide, as
paid consultancy, subroutines which can be called to do this job.  If
so, please reply privately about the consultancy.
