Looks like it needs yapp.pl. I have looked in the docs:
http://download.sourceforge.net/mirrors/CPAN/clpa/1999-04/19990406-133024
and it has been renamed to yapp. Substituting yapp.pl for yapp in
XQLParser/Makefile did the trick.

Now I'll go ahead to install the rest of the stuff. Thanks!
