SAX::Machines is just a constructor for SAX systems. So I think it would be
better to have a top level SAX namespace on CPAN, rather than anything else.
However new TLN's are really hard to push through modules@[...].org (though
maybe it's time to try again, especially now that we have non-XML SAX
drivers)
